Out of State
If you have an out of state license and think you are free to drive in California, think again! While CA can’t take your out of state license they can revoke your privilege to drive on CA roads.
The CA DMV will notify your licensing state and notations will be placed on your record. If you get stopped again in CA, law enforcement will find out by running a computer check.
