MULTIPLE DUI OFFENSES
§ 23550. Multiple DUI Offenses.
(a) If you get a DUI, and it’s your fourth within the last 10 years, you will be punished by 180 days to 1 year in jail and a fine of $390 to $1,000. Your driver’s license will be revoked (see § 13352) and you will have to surrender your license to the court.
(b) If you are convicted under this section, you will be labeled a “habitual traffic offender” for 3 years after the conviction.
