About Us

At the Law Firm of Dewey, Lowe & Gallagher, we have over 30 years of experience representing clients in all forms of DUI and DWI cases, from the most minor offenses to felony crimes which could potentially land the individual in prison for decades. With this considerable range of experience, we are able to tailor our defense strategies to each client’s specific case, ensuring that we get the best results possible for our clients.

We understand how devastating a conviction for a DUI or DWI offense can be. Aside from the disastrous tolls that criminal penalties such as fines and jail time may have for the accused individual, the consequences of a conviction for these types of offense can often be significantly more far-reaching, affecting long-term employment prospects and seriously damaging a person’s reputation. That’s why we do everything we can to ensure that our clients are protected as much as possible from the worst possible effects of a DUI or DWI conviction.

  • Ÿ  Breathalyzer Refusal

These are just some of the many different ways in which we can help our clients defend their rights and interests before the law.

Community Outreach

At the Law Firm of Dewey, Lowe & Gallagher, we understand that our role in the community extends beyond simply providing legal representation to those in need. That’s why we have created a range of other community outreach efforts in order to ensure that what we do goes to make our community a better place.

Throughout the year, we hold a number of different informal legal education programs to help anyone who may be interested to learn more about their rights. These programs, which typically last between an hour and a half to as much as three hours, go over the basic details of constitutional limits on police investigation, how and when warrants can be obtained, and what to take note of during arrest procedures to ensure that your rights aren’t violated.

Additionally, we have instituted several charity events throughout the year to give back outside of the legal realm. Our annual Fine Art Gala, held in the beautiful Eastridge Country Club, helps to raise money for our scholarship program, while our helmet drive each year donates more than 5,000 bicycle helmets to programs that assist low-income children.
